Kameda Age Ichiban is a popular and standard deep-fried Senbei rice cracker well-known as a long-seller in Japan, which was released in 1985 by Kameda Seika, a major Japanese confectionery company well-known for its Kaki no Tane, or Kameda Crisps.
The Age Ichiban rice cracker is made from nonglutinous rice and flavored with soy sauce.In addition to soy sauce, the ingredient of the sauce for the deep-fried rice cracker includes honey and sugar.Therefore the taste is sweet rather than salty, and the texture is light and crunchy.
